Product Description

The air pollutants emitted by the kiln cause great harm to the environment, so the technology of using dust filter bags to remove particulate matter from dusty gas to reduce its emission to the atmosphere is becoming more and more important.

Processing of dust filter bags

Burning pressure treatment

The one-sided and double-sided needle-punched felt filter materials after burning and pressing treatment have incomparable advantages over ordinary filter bags, which greatly improves the dust-cleaning performance of the filter material.

Antistatic treatment

Some dusts will burn when encountering sparks in a certain concentration state. Therefore, for flammable and explosive dusts, it is advisable to use antistatic treated needle felt filter materials.

PTFE coating treatment

When the particle size of the dust is less than 1 micron, or the dust is very viscous, or the humidity of the gas is high, the ordinary filter material cannot be effectively filtered. The film-coated filter material made of polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) , with extremely high filtration accuracy, smooth surface, no dust adhesion, dust will not penetrate into the filter material, and achieve surface filtration.

Water and oil repellent treatment

We use fluorocarbon resin and PTFE impregnated oil-proof and waterproof treatment for the needle felt filter material. The filter bag is easier to capture dust for dust-laden wet gas (especially for water-absorbing and deliquescent dust), avoiding and reducing the problem of bag sticking.
