PTFE Membrane Filter Bags
PTFE Membrane filter bags have stable chemical corrosion resistance, better water repellency, oil repellency, and air permeability. The dust layer formed by filtration is easy to split, reducing the pressure difference and cleaning more thoroughly.
We Supply:
- Polyester filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- Polypropylene filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- Fiberglass filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- Acrylic filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- PPS filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- Nomex filter bags with PTFE membrane.
- P84 filter bags with PTFE membrane.
Product Description
When traditional filter bags filter dust, the accumulated dust inside them often adheres to the primary layer cake. This is the main reason for the blockage phenomenon and the reduction of dust collector efficiency. The ordinary deep filter material becomes a surface filter through the film coating, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter material and cannot enter the inside of the filter material, which makes the ordinary filter material have a qualitative leap. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane is made of dispersed PTFE resin powder and stretched through a series of special processes. It has a fibrillar microporous structure with a porosity of more than 85%. There are 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter and the pore size ranges from 0.02um to 1.5um. The membrane surface of the membrane filter bag replaces the traditional primary layer cake with a uniform and fine pore size, making the dust penetration rate close to zero. Because PTFE has many unique properties and biaxial stretching, it forms a multi-layer crossed fiber-node microstructure. Make it useful in dust filtration occasions.
Main Advantage of PTFE Membrane Filter Bags
- High filtration efficiency
- The running resistance is stable and easy to clean
- High air flux and long service life
