Pulse jet bag filters are a common type of industrial dust collection equipment used to capture and filter airborne particles. It consists of one or more filter bags, each of which is mounted on a bracket and connected to a dust collector or dust collection system. These filter bags are usually made of fine filter material that can effectively capture particles of various sizes. Working Principle
The working principle of pulse jet bag filter is to remove dust through pulse jet technology. When a certain amount of particulate matter accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, the injection system releases a burst of compressed air or gas to remove the particulate matter from the surface. This cleaning process is carried out along the length of or around the filter bag via a spray device to ensure complete removal.
