CFS Series Sanitary Liquid Filter

CFS series is a single-core filter series in the sanitary liquid filter, it is a high-end sanitary filter with small flow rate. The filter design is fully complies with the requirements of sanitation and GMP. It is a high-end liquid filter for life science applications. The structure has no hygienic dead ends and is easy to clean. The liquid is drained thoroughly and there is no concern about residual liquid. Electrolytic polishing can also be selected at the same time as mechanical polishing, and the polishing accuracy can reach up to 0. 3um.

Product Features

Ultra high polishing grade, with an inner wall of up to 0.3 μ M; The outer wall reaches 0.4 μ m. Absolute hygiene level polishing, all series can choose electrolytic polishing.
Venting Valve and drain valve: the threaded sleeve and the pagoda joint are disengaged,and the connected hose will no longer rotate when deflated and liquid is discharged.
Effectively increase the inner diameter of the vent hole and the drain hole, and can be connected to 8mm pipe to increase efficiency:
Using a new segmented clamp: 20% higher pressure resistance than ordinary,bear higher pressure.
Strong clamp can be used when the pressure requirement is high , perfectly seal PTFE and the maximum pressure can up to 1.0Mpa.
The legs of the filter are reinforced threads, not easy to slip and can withstand 100 times of use. And an adjustable screw is installed at the bottom of the support foot, which can adjust the height of the filter for easy use.
